Program Registration Form
 
 
Registration may be done in two ways:
 
By Mail: It will save you time to register by mail. Just send in the form with your payment.
We will notify you only if the program is full. We will not notify you prior to the start date unless program times or dates change.
 
In Person:. Register at the Recreation Resource Center anytime Mon-Fri 8:00-4:00 (599 Glendale Road - across from Merry Place).
Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
