At the Regular Meeting on Monday, June 9, the Board of Commissioners will consider the Comprehensive Plan for adoption. The packet includes an “Adoption Draft” of the Comprehensive Plan, dated June 5, 2025. This version incorporates a limited set of non-substantive revisions made in response to public feedback during the 45-day public review. To ensure transparency, we are also publishing an accompanying Errata Memo that outlines each of these updates in detail. The revisions are non-substantive in nature and a new 45-day review period is not required under the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code. Therefore, the Board of Commissioners may move forward with the consideration of adoption based on the current timeline. We thank all residents, stakeholders, and partners for their engagement throughout this multi-year planning process and encourage continued participation as we move toward finalizing the Plan.
